Also,

Look out for our special promotional offers where we shall be giving double or triple points and awarding bonus points.  Extra bonus points will be automatically awarded to members who reach 500 points plus, which means that 50 extra points will be awarded for every 500 points reached. So if you reach 5,000 points, you will be awarded a further 500 points which will add a further £35 for ‘money off’ or £70 if you purchase a ‘Gift Voucher’.

And finally,

Even when you redeem your points, don’t forget that you can still earn points to the value that you are spending e.g. if you have 300 points (worth £21 for money off or £42 for purchasing a gift voucher) and you want to purchase a meal or goods, say worth £60, then you will be instantly awarded a further 60 points towards your next meal or purchase.

Data Protection Statement

We would like to use your details from the application form, plus details on how you use your TentazionclubCard and what you buy from us to:

·         Help manage TentazionclubCard scheme and improve the way we run it.

·         Understand our customers' eating and shopping habits to improve our service.

·         Unless you indicate otherwise, contact you with offers and information about themed events, menu changes and products.

At Tentazioni we recognise the importance of privacy. We have created our privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. Your contact details and any information you supply remain solidly a communication between you and us only. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information. When you supply your details to Tentazioni, they're used for only one purpose - to get in contact with you.

The Scheme

The TentazionclubCard card is issued by and remains the property of Tentazioni which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate the scheme; (b)decline to issue TentazionclubCard cards; and (c)on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel TentazionclubCard cards, points collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the TentazionclubCard scheme. Reasonable grounds include (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (ii) any use or attempted use of a TentazionclubCard card, or points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or (iii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the scheme.

All participants in the TentazionclubCard scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.

The TentazionclubCard card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose signature is on the card. TentazionclubCard may be used by any member of the main TentazionclubCard holder's immediate family who is resident at the same address, as registered for the main TentazionclubCard holder.

Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Tentazioni.

Your TentazionclubCard card can only be used at Tentazioni restaurants or shops and other promotional partners who may from time to time be part of the scheme.

Your TentazionclubCard card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.

The TentazionclubCard scheme is only for personal and consumer use.

TentazionclubCard points and vouchers cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.

Points

To collect points for any transaction, your TentazionclubCard card must be presented when paying your bill. To collect points on purchases made online, you will be required to quote your TentazionclubCard number.

You must also spend at least £1 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for points. Then one point will be awarded for every £1 that is spent. This can be altered at the discretion of Tentazioni.  

Tentazioni shall be entitled to set a limit on the number of points which may be awarded to each TentazionclubCard account in respect of special promotional items on which additional points are awarded. Tentazioni shall be entitled at any time to cancel points awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given or if the relevant products are exchanged for other products, unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent points value. Where the relevant products are exchanged for products of a lower points value Tentazioni shall be entitled to cancel the balance of points between those originally collected and those collected in respect of the replacement products.
