San Daniele Ham

San Daniele is not only a ham, but also a place. A magical one, just a stones throw from the Pre-Alps, lapped by the shores of the river Tagliamento.
It is right in Friuli where San Daniele ham has found the ideal environment and the best micro-climatic conditions to become an Italian culinary wealth.
The Celts, the first "salters" figured out that this was the perfect place to cure hams with the low humidity, excellent ventilation and pre-Alpine hillside climate. The Romans carried on the techniques of the Celts and, today ,this tradition is protected with DOP status (Protected Designation of Origin). San Daniele Prosciutto is recognized and loved throughout the world.

Capocollo

Cured neck fillets seasoned and cured with wild fennel seeds using Italian pork.
Exquisite and much sought after meat with its characteristics flavour and aroma it's a perfect accompaniment to raw vegetables with olive oil.

Fennel Salami

Made with selected Italian pork meat, seasoned with fennel seeds and spices. Its pinkish and soft consistency is typical of the
Tuscan salami and its unmistakable aroma and flavour stem from the fennel seeds which combine perfectly with the other ingredients

Fennel Sausage

The wild fennel seeds combine perfectly with the other ingredients to make this delicate sausage
produced from selected Italian pork meat. In packs of 9 baby sausages.

Rosemary Sausage

The rosemary gives this delicate sausage produced from selected Italian pork meat
a distinctive Mediterranean flavour.

Flat Pancetta

Pancetta is made from the fattest part of the pig and salted to maintain its natural qualities.
Cured with rosemary and is great to chop and add to different types of pasta sauces or stews.
Wonderful to slice thin and wrap around game birds for added flavour

Napoli Hot Salami

Our Napoli Hot Salami is made in Tuscany by a small producer, using 100% Italian pork.
The flavour is slightly spicy and delicate.

Truffle Salami

A delicacy, these salamis made from pork meat with added truffle, contain a perfect balance between flavour and ingredients.
They can be served as hors d'oeuvre accompanied by white wine or a spumante, or as an afternoon snack with red Tuscan Sangiovese wine.
